Conversion of the Grade 2 listed former French Connection retail unit into Newcastle Building Society’s new flagship city centre headquarter office and branch. The building was originally built in the 1830’s and is located within the Newcastle Central Conservation Area.

The building is circa 8,400 sq. ft and spread across five floors.

CDL were appointed to develop the MEP building services design through RIBA Stages 2 to 4 on behalf of Newcastle Building Society, and monitor the installation through RIBA Stage 5.
