Conversion of the Grade 2 listed former clothes outlet, into Newcastle Building Society’s new commercial office and branch in central Manchester.

CDL were appointed to develop the MEP building services design through RIBA Stages 2 to 4 on behalf of Newcastle Building Society, and monitor the installation through RIBA Stage 5.
