The multi million pound refurbishment project undertaken by United Living, will provide a new external building envelope providing significant improvements to the existing insulation standards, resulting in much improved energy performance, reduced fuel bills and will help tackle fuel poverty.

The project includes improvements to the internal and external communal areas and upgrades to the existing heating and hot water systems, extract ventilation, above ground drainage, CCTV, LV distribution and sprinkler system.

Clark Degnan have been appointed to deliver the RIBA Stage 4 and 5 MEP design on behalf of United Living.
