CDL were appointed to develop the Stage 4 & 5 MEP design for the main contractor.

The project was a major refurbishment of a fully occupied tower block in Bedford with 90 flats.

The project included improvements to the internal and external communal areas, upgrades to the existing heating and hot water systems, extract ventilation, above ground drainage stack replacement, CCTV, LV distribution and introduction of a sprinkler system.
