The project comprised of the conversion, refurbishment and extension of a 12-storey office building into a 3* Hampton by Hilton hotel. The hotel provides a total of 192 bedrooms.

The building is heating and cooled via VRF heat recovery ventilation systems, with local MVHR ventilation to all bedrooms with air filtration to improve Indoor Air Quality. The building is provided with full fire sprinkler coverage.

CDL were responsible for developing the MEP design proposals at RIBA Stage 4 Technical design through to Stage 6.
