Conversion of the prominent 200 years old Grade 2* listed department store into 200,000sq. ft of speculative Grade A office space. The building achieved an EPC A rating and has one of the lowest carbon emissions rates for an existing office in London.

The building avoids the use of fossil fuels and is heated and cooled by a VRF heat pump system with ventilation via high efficiency heat recovery ventilation units.

CDL were appointed to develop the RIBA Stage 4 & 6 MEP building services design for the Cat A office on behalf of the MEP subcontractor.
