The retail units’ formed part of the wider £30m development which include additional car parking facilities, enhanced landscaping, and footpath and road improvements in the area. Clark Degnan Consulting Engineers were appointed by the MEP Contractor, CD Engineering to carry out the design of the site infrastructure including incoming gas, water and electrical incoming supplies.. Clark Degnan also carried out the full design of the external lighting installation.
