Clark Degnan were appointed by Ashall Projects (MB) Ltd to work alongside Seymour Architecture to develop the building and MEP design to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and an EPC A rating.

The project was procured under a Design and Build contract; with Clark Degnan appointed to provide MEP Performance duties and monitoring of the sub-contractor design and installation. Clark Degnan also provided BREEAM assessment and Accredited Professional duties.
